WireGurus sells wire and cable products online, which are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partner, OmniCable.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

  • Free freight/shipping is offered only on orders totaling over $3,000 USD.

3. No Refunds or Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WireGurus does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by law.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • You agree to pay the full amount for any purchases made through the Website, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issues.

Chargebacks initiated without attempting to resolve issues directly with WireGurus may be treated as fraud, and we reserve all rights to pursue legal action and recover associated costs.

  • Products are shipped by OmniCable on behalf of WireGurus.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses during shipping.
